If you're like me, you like tennis, the TV show Flight of the Conchords, Roger Federer and Nike. This commercial combines elements of them all. Federer is forced to fend off quite the attack. Luckily, he's been trained for just such an occasion. Two final comments: 1) Roger has an awesome apartment. 2) Where can I get a ball machine gun like that?

Originally, I wanted to try yoga because I heard it'd be good for improving my tennis game. However, after trying a couple tree poses and downward-facing dogs during a match and losing the point, I came to the conclusion that it's more of an indirect benefit.

So this is just a silly commercial, but it does have Roger Federer in it. And he does have the best shoes. By far. This video also features Tiger Woods and Derek Jeter...who are most impressed by RFed.

Wow. I really didn't think Novak would have time to chase down this shot. He is an incredible player to be able to accomplish feats like this while playing tennis. I'm not sure what tournament this was from but watch this clip. What a talented player.
